Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Property Coordinator to work onsite

Hours: M-F 9am-5pm

Job Title: Property Coordinator
Pay: $25/hr-$28/hr
Duration: until April 2025 (possibility for extension)
Job Description: the Property Coordinator will provide administrative support for the portfolio of retail assets.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule vendor access, site visits, property walks
* Ensure permanent Tenant insurance is filed/compliant by utilizing company platform and ensuring all tenants and vendors with recurring monthly agreements are registered and complaint. Collect and follow up on outstanding vendor account balances
* Upload and code invoices into Yardi platform
* Pickup mail, scan and distribute accordingly
* Manage mail room ensuring cleanliness and organization. Contact Tenants with accumulated mail.
* Draft letters, memos, notices as directed
* Schedule access to vacancies with team members or outside parties
* Maintain project, vendor and tenant files
* Upkeep contact information for vendors and tenants distributing list to property team quarterly or as needed.
Qualifications:
* 2 years property administration and coordination experience in commercial space
* Strong communication and writing skills
* College Degree
* Yardi experience
